Hello everyone!
I’m not really sure where to start… So I’ll try to sum it up nice and brief for you…!
My craving to see good music has become more than just a hobby, it’s become a lifestyle. When I tell my parents about the next musical excursion I’m going on, they’ll say “you’ve seen that band a million times”, or “why don’t you use that money on something else?” When I get lucky, I’ll hear, “have fun!” No matter what I’m told, I know I’m about to encounter a magical weekend filled of sexy bass lines, beautiful friends and five star brunch spots next to the venue I’m visiting.
I just turned 26 (exiting my quarter life crisis), and I’m realizing that if I can continue these musical excursions, despite my crazy “life” filled schedule, I can be happy! (Music & traveling make me happy… so it should be that simple, right?) Yes, yes it should!
The places I have traveled to, the people I have crossed paths with, the stories I can rant about for days & days to friends about meeting Dan on a Hostel rooftop in Tel Aviv, then later bumping into him in San Francisco, doing a ticket exchange through a fence at a sold out concert – these are the moments that truly make me feel alive! There is a sense of community that weaves it’s way into the crowd… at these shows, we are more than just friends, we become a family! There we are all boogieing, keeping an eye out for our friend’s sister, buying a beer to the guy who had an extra ticket, seeking the next killer guitar solo, & finding gratitude in each other’s dance moves.
Enough about music (well, that statement could never hold truth, but I’m trying to explain my dreams now…) Somewhere between traveling and seeing live bands, I discovered that I love modeling… I use modeling as an art to fuel my spirit, shed my different layers, and reveal my serious, yet fun loving self! Being in tune with your body in that very moment allows you the chance to discover creativity, movement and confidence!
This blog is for posting my unique experiences, whether it be relating to music, traveling, modeling and other artsy stuff I think deserve recognition.
Enjoy!!!
